- leg of lamb -bone in steaks or leg cut in half
- shanks or stew meat
- rack of lamb or rib chops
- shoulder roast or shoulder steaks
- Loin Chops
- Ground lamb
HALF LAMB - $400.00
- processor fee is included in lamb cost
- (20 lbs freezer average)
- Required Deposit for Half Lamb - $100
